Southlake is home. Our shop is on East Southlake Boulevard, minutes from Town Square, in a town built almost entirely of large houses on generous lots from the 1990s onward. Carroll Avenue runs through the middle of it and the school district's name is on everything, including ours.
Southlake work means multi-bay elevations and the standards that go with them. Three and four openings on one frontage, often with a side-entry or porte-cochere bay whose geometry is nothing like the others, and homeowners associations with real architectural review over what appears on the front of a house. That changes how we work: every opening is measured and calculated separately, sets are ordered together so they match, and we put the profile, colour and finish detail in writing so it can go to a committee once rather than three times. Underneath the appearance the engineering is serious — a wide insulated door in this heat is a heavy load and it needs a spring system and an opener sized to it.
